Where will I find the ratings label on my machine?
You can find the ratings label typically on the back or base of your
machine on a white or silver label. Your model number will be a mix
of numbers and letters and your serial number will 21 digits long.
The part I am looking for is out of stock, do you have an
alternative?
If a part is out of stock please know we are constantly trying to

My spare part has arrived a different colour?
The item you have received is from our extended range of after sale
spares and as such might not be supplied in retail packaging, from
time to time the colour may vary.
