A very happy customer
First I did do a review on trust pilot, but I will go again it am more than happy with both my new vax and vax carpet shampooer.as I have 4 dogs i like to keep on top of my cleaning nothing worse than a house that smells of damp dog.and I am happy to say my home doesn't and that's thanks to vax in no small way.the price the quality and the service is a credit to you.i was kept informed at every stage from ordering to delivery I was kept in the loop.a very happy customer,oh and the free steamer was a nice touch.

Excellent hoover
Only had this a week but I am so happy with it, also love the extra tools that came with it. Our previous upright hoover was a vax pet which was excellent. Have downsized to an apartment which is why I went for the cordless.

I bought this vax on my daughters recommendation and although the top is slightly heavy for me it does a lovely clean. My only downfall with the vax is that i cannot get the roller case undone and so have to wait for my son or son in law to do it for me.
