A very happy customer
First I did do a review on trust pilot, but I will go again it am more than happy with both my new vax and vax carpet shampooer.as I have 4 dogs i like to keep on top of my cleaning nothing worse than a house that smells of damp dog.and I am happy to say my home doesn't and that's thanks to vax in no small way.the price the quality and the service is a credit to you.i was kept informed at every stage from ordering to delivery I was kept in the loop.a very happy customer,oh and the free steamer was a nice touch.

Excellent product, excellent service
I bought this a few months ago and was very happy with how it has made my life a lot easier.However, when I attached the motorised pet head the roller didn't work .I phoned the Vax helpline who apologised and replaced it straight away.Within 3 days I had the new head and it worked perfectly.So in summary I am over the moon with my Vax homepro also with the speed that they replaced the head You don't get this high standard service from the majority of vacuum companies, well done Vax

I purchased this vacuum a few weeks ago and am really pleased with it. The fact it has two batteries is a real bonus.

Excellent hoover
Only had this a week but I am so happy with it, also love the extra tools that came with it. Our previous upright hoover was a vax pet which was excellent. Have downsized to an apartment which is why I went for the cordless.
