Named accessories
Excellent item. Very easy to put together with very clear instructions. I love that the accessories are named on them. It is weighty but fine for me. Cleans first time on carpet, wooden floor and tiles. Easy to empty as well. Fantastic

Excellent for pets and humans!
I bought this to replace 2 cheaper vacuum cleaners that couldn't withstand the hay, fur and poos created by my elderly rabbit! It gives such a great result and with such ease. Love the non-tangling hair features and pet tools

Excellent machine
Bought to replace another "brand" and it is night and day .. this is a great piece of kit. Light, easy to charge and gets a lot more up than the other one did. Hair wrap is great, no more clogged brush. Battery is good only complaint is you feel you are going to break it when emptying ... But it doesn't just takes a bit of getting used to.

Impressive - Efficient, effective and easy!
I am really pleased with this vaccum. It vacuums efficiently, which is great when you have children and moulting pets. The light makes it easy to spot dust and it seems to vacuum pretty close to the edges. I love the Flexiclean feature and that it self-stands. The battery also seems impressive for a cordless, and I love the stretch hose that comes in the toolkit - makes doing the stairs and car so easy! The only thing I can think to improve it is to have a button to release the floorhead from being in the locked storage postion in order to move it into the operating position, rather than the current catch as it feels a bit aggressive and clunky, but this only a minor point.

Fantastic
Fantastic with 2 hairy dogs this really is amazing. Battery life lasted the whole house and even the stairs. Can hold alot of dust and dog hair. Easy to use and swap the attachments for different areas. Would recommend i love it
