I bought the battery and charger to replace that on a machine where the battery wouldn't charge. Not knowing the history of the machine I thought buy new as it was gifted 'not working' . It is now! I shopped around and all credit to Vax in the sale... battery and charger from Vax were cheapest with 3 year warranty!

I bought this to replace my old battery that wasn’t charging. Perfect replacement seems to be more powerful than my old battery. Said it would be with me in 5 days, it was delivered in three days good service. Also battery and charger was at a discount price so all good. Would recommend VAX as I have several products from them and had no problems with any.

I mislaid my battery charger so I ordered a new one from VAX. In adition I ordered a secon battery so that I would not have to wait for the first battery to recharge when doing a lot of cleaning. The ordering process was very easy and both items were delivered promptly and well packed.
