Bought this last week used it this week, read instructions which were very clear , I have only used this once and it does exactly what it says easy to use cleans well haven’t had time to use all the extra utensils with this machines but it all seems to be transparent, my only fault is that the solution given with this vax is very small bottle, may be a bigger bottle of cleaning solution would have been nicer as quite expensive

I bought this washer in the sale and used it for the first time yesterday. The amount of dirt that came out was amazing. I have yet to use the hose and tools so cannot comment on how good they are as yet. The only downside is that it is rather heavy to use, but worth the effort.

Our Vax Rapid Power 2 sat, unused, for a while, as we waited for a few dry days, but as it turned out, we needn't have bothered! This machine dries what it has washed almost completely, and the remaining slight dampness soon evaporates. We were horrified at the amount of dirt that came from what we had thought was a reasonably clean carpet. Easy to set up, the machine is easy to operate once one had become accustomed to the weight - it is heavier than a vacuum cleaner and needs to be used at a slow, steady pace.

Received our new Rapid power 2 reach carpet cleaner today to replace my old one , after it finally gave up. We have two dogs one a chocolate lab puppy who is rather naughty and a wees, leaving had to get out stains on my nice cream lounge carpet . Not any more ! What a brilliant job , what a brilliant cleaner, brilliant results. Love this design, easy to use great tank capacity and so much easier to clean afterwards!
