So easy to use
I purchased this machine a few weeks ago from Vax to specifically clean where there had been heavy traffic on the carpet, and I couldn’t believe the amount of dirt that the vax smartwash removed now it’s a new carpet again

Good product at a great price
Early days, only used it once on an upstairs landing and a bedroom carpet, however the difference between my old Vax Dual Power is night and day. For starters the Smartwash is much quieter than the Dual Power, it seems to do a better job of cleaning carpets too. The separate tanks take some of the misery out too as there’s no need to mix water and solution, the machine takes care of it which is convenient, no need to pull a trigger as that is automatic too, Dry Only mode is another bonus, my carpets were completely dry in about 2 hours. The only gripe I have so far is the weight, it is hefty, not really an issue till you have to lug it upstairs though hahaha. At £199.99 including a free steam mop you can’t fault it really.

Exceptional product
Bought this a week ago and I’ve been very impressed with everything. Top notch quality product. A bit tricky to fit the parts but I’m a bloke and don’t read instructions, which are very detailed. Carpets are gleaming, you should see the dirt, just like the adverts.. Dog hair also picked up in huge amounts. Product easier to clean that previous versions. Great price and the steamer that came free is also brilliant. Thank you Vax.

Superb Cleaner!
We bought this a week ago and I have to say it is absolutely incredible. When you see the adverts and it cleans a strip of carpet totally, it REALLY DOES! We have had various different cleaners over the years but this model beats them all hands down. Also, clean up of the machine is a doddle as it all breaks down including the brushes with ease. Clean up only takes a few minutes. Over all 10/10 superb cleaner.

Excellent item
I bought this Vax carpet cleaner about 1 month ago. I used to have a Bissel carpet cleaner and that was good but it was becoming outdated so i wanted to try the Vax. It has been one of the best carpet washers i have bought if not the best. Definitely would recommend the platinum carpet washer. so easy to use and clean.
