My dog had been severely unwell the day before and I needed a good cleaner for my carpet. I chose this due to reputation and having watched the video I knew that this was the one. Ordered, and it was here the next day. Read instructions, used as directed. Could not believe the power, the ease of use and the removal of my stain was awesome.
