Great Features excellent for hard floors
This is our second cleaner the first one we wore out! It went well past the guarantee of product. The newer model has even more great features and cleans the hard floor areas in our home brilliantly. The service from Vax as always exemplary.

Much better than a mop and bucket
I am really pleased with the machine. I had been struggling cleaning a large area of vinyl flooring with a mop and bucket and this machine has really helped. My only complaint is that the battery only just lasts long enough to clean all of the floor and it leaves a strip in between the two rollers. One big roller would be better.

Perfect machine
Had this a couple of weeks now and found it lighter to move around and it feels so much stronger than the pwr1 it has a twin roller instead of the single one and a larger liquid bottle which is great

Great cleaner
Bought as a replacement for a cheaper version and so pleased we upgraded…. Much easier to use with larger water tanks, the standard of cleaning has totally increased.

Cleans well and good features.
After my steam mop broke so I had been using a bucket and mop so decided to try this and I'm glad I did. The first time I used it I was impressed (and a little embarrassed) with the amount of dirt it managed to get off my floor. It took a couple of uses to get my trigger finger working properly so that I don't use too much of the rather expensive cleaning fluid but once you get the hang of it it's easy to judge so you use the right amount and also don't fill up the dirty water container too quickly. It is particularly good at cleaning dirty paw marks off the floor, especially as you don't end up spreading it around the floor and it leaves the area virtually dry and germ free. There are a couple of minor niggles. Because the brushes are quite soft (obviously to avoid damaging the floor), anything stuck to the surface should be removed first. Also, because of the design and position of the water tank, when you are cleaning under something like a large table and you bring the handle down the machine loses it's flexibility and the front lifts off the floor but once you are aware it's not a problem. Apart from it's overall cleaning results and ease of use it's best features are it's ability to stand upright on it's own and the self cleaning function.
