The belt that connected the motor to the roller had snapped and so I needed to replace it.

check I would recommend this product to a friend.

Bought the belt as the brush stopped working , only used 4 times may be 10 minutes each as I ve got small flat , the belt went off again which is quite annoying , I used the second one as the kit come in two , probably the know what is going to happen .

x I would not recommend this product to a friend.
