What our customers are saying...
Customers praise the steamer's exceptional cleaning power on hardwood, tiles, and bathroom surfaces, noting it removes dirt more thoroughly than traditional mops and leaves floors shiny and quick-drying. Many appreciate its lightweight design, ease of assembly, and versatility for upholstery and car interiors. However, a significant group reports mechanical failures, particularly steam output stopping after short-term use and detergent tanks failing to dispense despite correct assembly. Some mention previous models lasted over a decade, making newer units' reliability disappointing. Despite these concerns, most customers find it effective and a worthwhile alternative to traditional cleaning methods.
