A couple of weeks ago I wrote a review because I’d purchased a steam mop from a B and M store and as I thought it was working, it definitely wasn’t, it was only the 3rd time I’d used it, it was making all the right noises and then I realised it wasn’t working properly, so I wrote a review I was so disappointed. After writing my review , I received a response from Vax, and after sending all the information they had asked me for, they got straight onto sending me a New steam mop, this one is Amazing, so I would like to say a Great Big Thank You to you at Vax, your Customer Care Service is on the ball.
