What our customers are saying...
Customers praise the steam cleaner for delivering spotless, quickly-drying results on stone, tile, vinyl, laminate, and carpet, with many highlighting its effectiveness on grout and bathroom tiles. Most appreciate the lightweight design, intuitive operation, and versatile attachments that switch easily. The unit stands upright independently and includes a handheld function valued for accessibility. Many express strong trust in build quality and durability, especially those replacing older models. Some note minor issues: the hard floor brush feels too small, the grout tool can be fragile, and the steam trigger requires constant pressure. A few report awkward cord storage or unexpected weight. Despite these drawbacks, most customers enthusiastically recommend the product for reliable, comprehensive household cleaning.
