I was sceptical about buying this as I have a woollen carpet but when it was on offer I took the plunge. Well, I’m thrilled. It’s brilliant. Cleans the carpet brilliantly and no residue left at all. I would highly recommend this, however, I wish that I’d gone for the cordless one, had I known how good it is. Fab machine and easy to store away. If I can use it anyone can!!
