Vax Hose

I bought the wrong hose for my carpet cleaner, The customer agent was very helpful and I go the correct part two days later. The refund for the wrong hose that I sent back was also dealt with quickly.

Purchased a few weeks ago, pleased with the product and all aspects of the service.

It doesn't fit and would like to return it. I intentionally purchased it from vax website to avoid fitting issues for replacement. However, hose could not be replaced due to fitting issues.

I ordered the exact hose vax website said would fit. When it arrived I stripped machine when I eventually got to the hose it was totally wrong one it looked nothing like mine. I disposed of the machine as it was in bits now left with a hose that is no good to me I'm not a happy customer.
