When the dog decided to vomit, what looked dark chocolate, all over our new month old light carpet, I was so thankful we had invested in the Vax!! There was no way I was going to be able to clean up the mess by hand without leaving a stain but in the space of 15 minutes, you couldn't even tell where it had been. The sofa however, half an hour later, was a different matter :-o Cannot rate the Vax highly enough. It saved the day (Christmas day at that!).

Bought 1 for my daughter she cleaned my carpet it came up like new I bought a Carpet cleaner a different make not satisfied with results I would recommend to any 1 to the vax extremely satisfied so I bought 1 for self .

I bought this as I have cream carpets and they were starting to look a little sorry for themselves, this is no longer the case, they now look like they did when they were fitted. Easy to use, gives fast great results. If i had to have any negative comment it would be I found it a little heavy, but that didnt stop me doing the entire house!
