Vax Floorhead

I have had two floor heads for 32V VAX and both of them have stopped working. I can only assume there is a small motor inside the floor head and the brushes wear out and don’t make contact. You can no longer get the part. And you can’t repair a VAX. I would never buy another VAX I would stick with Dyson

This product has lasted 5 months and the hose began to shred. Prior to that was working fine but hose split in a number of places therefore suction no longer effective. Added to that trying to find the part a nightmare and poor customer service. Do not recommend VAX
