I have just used my spot was for the first time I was amazed at the transformation of my carpets (stairs and landing) I thought it was going to be hard work, but it was not really my carpets have never been cleaned and are about seven years old but they have come up lovely like New and fluffy really brought back some life in them. I am very very pleased and will not hesitate to do them again thank you Vax

Great but few improvements

The box it came in could have holes/handles as hard to carry. The hose definately could be longer as have to pull the machine forward a lot. Wish it was lighter but otherwise apart from a little too much pressure needing to be applied I love it!
