To say I was impressed is an understatement. I certainly didn't think the stated "dry within an hour" was possible but true to their word, the carpets were. After cleaning they just felt slightly damp. The dirt removed was incredible, the carpet sprung back to life, it even felt bouncy under foot. Best purchase ever made.

I have used the product which came with the cleaner to produce excellent results and therefore was keen to replace it with the same product, the free postage offered by Vax was a deciding factor on where the product was sourced from
