I bought the appliance as a new home gift. I have given it a five star rating as it came on time and well packaged. I have not heard any complaints from the new home owners, as they probably haven't used it yet.

This is a brilliant machine and brings my carpet up like new each time. I had a problem with the hose splitting and it’s been replaced with no problems as I’m still in warranty. I can’t fault the customer service either . I have a shark deep carpet cleaner and it’s nowhere near as good and my vax was 1/3 of the price . It’s nice and light so a lot easier for the stairs too
