Faultless, easy to use, professional job!✅

This is an amazing product. Firstly, I am almost 72 and have sciatica and have difficulty bending. I needed a cordless machine to eliminate the need for plugging and unplugging. First tick. ✅ The ease of unpacking and assembling was a pleasure, whilst unpacking and assembly I charged the battery - I bought a spare just in case I ran out of charge and spoke with the lovely VAX customer service to ensure I was correct. Another tick ✅ Assembly was a piece of cake it really was! Another tick ✅ After vacuuming the area I was going to clean I filled the clean water tank and added VAX solution. Easy peasy, tick ✅ Wow! When I started cleaning it was amazing, the solution and machine did their job, could have walked on it immediately, but chose to let it dry naturally. Tick ✅ Emptying the tank, cleaning it, rinsing, disassembling and cleaning the brush were straightforward ✅ I let the parts dry naturally and reassembled the next day, again, easy peasy ✅ I still have to clean more of the carpet, but because of my disability I have to wait for another day to hoover and clean again, but it is a delight to use the machine, it’s powerful, easy-to-use and better than the Shark carpet cleaner I had before (it was corded, heavy, difficult to use and not easy to clean afterwards, so I gave it to my son as I didn’t get on with it) There is no comparison as the VAX is absolutely amazing. I used to have the wet and dry VAX in the 1980s that lasted for years, so I am absolutely delighted with this product.

I received this just this week and have used it already. It's very easy to use, love the digital display that tells you exactly what the machine is doing. It's very easy to take apart for cleaning and gives a good result.
