What our customers are saying...
This vacuum cleaner struggles with carpets, especially thicker or denser pile. The powerful suction causes the brush to stop rotating, making it very difficult to push and maneuver on carpets. The motor often stops working, indicated by a red light. While it performs well on hard floors and rugs, the vacuum is unsuitable for carpeted floors and does not meet many customers' expectations.
