We have been using a cheap cleaner from asda previous. Since buying the vax the difference is amazing. Paying that little bit more makes a huge difference and our carpets look like new!!!! Very impressed with the product and would recommend to family and friends. The only downside is it is not bagless but other than that can't fault it

Excellent. Fantastic suction. Great that I just have to flick a switch and I can do my carpets and hard floors without changing the brush. The cord is long enough for me to plug in at one point and do the whole of my downstairs without having to unplug and change powerpoints. I love it!
